Fully Enclosed Sheet Metal
With the revolutionary accordion style sheet metal doors the engine, drive unit and hydraulic unit are protected from dirt and debris while the unit is operating then with the ease of sliding the folding doors the entire engine compartment is completely accesssible for any maintenance needs.
Power is transferred from the engine to the impeller by a 4-groove power band. This allows for maximum suction with the added safety feature of shock absorption when undesirable material is vacuumed such as concrete or large rocks.
Hydraulic Hose Boom
The LCT650 has a large 16" diameter x 120" long 3/8" thick wire reinforced rubber hose on the intake. This heavy duty hose is raised and lowered hydraulically by an electric/hydraulic hose boom. The boom swivels on two 1.5" diameter flange bearings allowing for nearly effortless movement of the intake hose.

|Engine Controls||Engine monitoring and controls are housed in a compact, powerful display system. There is a full display which shows engine temperature, RPM, oil pressure, battery volts, fuel level and engine hours. Full throttle control and fault code displays are also included.|
|Engine Enclosure||Special sheet metal enclosure fully encloses the engine, battery, hydraulic pump and drive belt to protect from debris. Enclosure is constructed of 16-gauge steel. It has left and right doors for complete access to the engine. The doors are louvered for proper air circulation. The side doors are accordion style and open with ease. Two doors are provided on top of enclosure for convenient access to the radiator cap and the bearing/drive belt assembly.|

|Blower Housing||Gradual 90 degree exhaust. Outer housing is constructed of 10 gauge welded steel, front and back plates are 7-gauge steel. Inspection/clean out door is located on face to facilitate convenient inspection of internal contents or condition. A safety kill switch is located on the door to shut down the engine when the door is opened.|

|Paint||All metal parts are thoroughly cleaned, primed, painted and dried before assembly. Each part is primed with a rust inhibitor primer and is painted with two coats of automotive quality paint. The parts are then assembled on the unit so that bolts, nuts, cables and grease fittings are not painted.|
